Fence Cloud is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly), which means there are no long-term contracts. You can choose to
upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account by contacting us or calling (800) 544-2536.
If you are not satisfied with our product or service, cancel your subscription at any time. We do not currently offer a money-back guarantee, and encourage new customers to purchase the monthly subscription until they are certain that Fence Cloud will meet all of their needs. Our team has gone the extra mile to help eliminate or minimize the amount of time needed to set up Fence Cloud. Every account comes with access to a manufacturer/supplier library ready for estimating. Estimating engines are preset with industry standards. Of course, companies may want to customize menus or boards to meet their own needs, which is why we recommend spending a few days reviewing the program and tweaking the default settings to optimize use. Fence Cloud is extremely flexible, so you can start estimating on day one, and save the menu customization for your slow season.
