Fence Cloud now provides invoicing and ordering systems! These new features will help facilitate smooth transactions and ensure financial transparency. Invoicing and ordering can be created from estimates and retail sales, and generate their own purchase orders.


Customer Notifications

Customer notifications are now available for calendar events within Fence Cloud. Schedule an appointment and decide how a customer receives their reminder: via email or text, or both. Customize your settings to work with your process and create a positive customer experience.


Retail Sales

Retail sales allow you to quote fencing materials without creating a complete estimate or collecting contact information. You can quickly draw up a sale and save them as orders or invoices.


PDF Merge

PDF Merge allows you to merge multiple PDF's and images to create your own custom document packages. Easily merge PDF's into a single package for streamlined customer communication, or create custom combinations for use with e-signature!


Training Center

Fence Cloud now features a Training Center with guides, tutorials, a change management checklist and other great resources to help you take your estimating skills to the next level! To access the Training center, simply open your help icon in the lower-right corner & select "Training & Support".
